Dr. Godfrey Mtey (MD, MBA) is retired Regional Medical Officer with scientific papers focusing on health issues including Mtey G.J.B “Assessment of the Determinant Factors of Maternal Deaths: The Case of Dodoma Regional Referral Hospital, Tanzania during the Year 2009“ which brings credibility and contact to Regional Health Management Teams and Council Health Management Teams within this project. He will be the link between policy makers (Ministries) and the Implementation Research Teams.
