Dr. Gail Tomblin Murphy, Professor, School of Nursing and Community Health and Epidemiology and Director of Dalhousie’s WHO/PAHO Collaborating Centre on Health Workforce Planning and Research. She brings expertise in needs-based health systems and workforce planning, leadership development, evaluation, capacity building and KT. She has led/co-led national and international research teams consisting of clinicians, health care leaders, senior policy-makers, and researchers from government, universities and health care organizations and has been an Expert Advisor to the
